Nuggles!!! You are three months and I cant believe it!

You are so much fun!

Sleeping--all night, 11.5 hrs! Go madds Go! You are such a sweet and great baby. You have been sleeping through the night for awhile now and its amazing.

Eating--about 4 oz, 5 times each day. We are still learning about your feeding as you were quite the little spitter-upper but doing much better. You love to play with my hair when you eat and I love it too!

Activities--you love the bouncy seat and you flirt with Coo (the koala bear) all the time. You can now make him sing too because you can reach. You love the little play mat too and you are so great at tummy time now. You love to go on walks with me during the day. We love spending time with you. You are trying so hard to laugh and its adorable. You make our hearts smile!

Highlights--Your first thanksgiving and my 30th bday. It was a great month. We are loving you more and more. We also have made it back to church a few times but havent put you in the nursery yet. I think im a bit too scared during RSV season for that one (thats what I get for working at Children's.)

Nuggles Month 2

Month 2 has been so much fun!

We are sleeping and eating and growing!

Go Madds Go!

We had our two month shots today, poor nugget! She did great for her first set of shots.

Wt: 10 lb 12 oz (50%)

Ht: 21 inches (25%)

FOC: 75%

Eating-about 5-6 bottles/day, 4-5 oz.

Sleeping-slept through the night a handful of times and the nights she doesnt sleep through the night, she will wake up around 3-4am and then back to sleep till around 8-9am. We have been doing a dream feed which seems to be working out well. For nap time I can pretty much just lay her down in her crib and she puts herself to sleep. However, night time is a different story. We are using the swing (I have a bittersweet feeling about this swing) to help her get to sleep bc she fusses when put in the crib. Not sure why she likes her crib for naps but not night time? After her dream feed she sleeps great in her crib. She has been in her crib since about night 3 or 4. Andrew and I have a great system down--i warm the bottle while he changes/swaddles and then I feed her. Its a sweet time. I use that time to pray over her and just pray for others. I do love it. Its a sweet time for just us. Im excited for her to constantly sleep through the night at some point but I will miss these sweet moments and cuddles. I just love her more and more everyday and soak it up before I go back to work part time.

Activities-working on tummy time and doing great. You are so precious. We had our first play date wtih Bridget Curnes. Yall are so close in age and hoping to be good friends. We have also met other sweet friends who you will be great friends with-Bridge DeJean, Max Bryan, and Sam Holt. We love all our new friends. Cant wait for all the others on the way!

We go on lots of walks, we make target and mall trips. We have been to Mi Cocina for dinners and celebrated Sadies 25th bday. We have been busy lately! Halloween is two days away and we had a neighborhood party that we attended with some of our favorite neighbors. She was a flower and a darn cute one at that! I just could eat her up!

You are talking-coo'ing and smiling at both of us. We love it! It makes our days so much more fun when you start to smile and coo. I cant wait for you to get to know us more and vise versa. Im so thankful for you!

Month One

One Month Old

We made it a month! (Now almost two now!).
There are not too many things I can say about month one besides you love to eat, poop, sleep -which is pretty typical so..happy eating, sleeping, and pooping sweet Madds. This next month has been so much fun. The first month we were trying to get in a routine and just learn each other. You love to snuggle and take little naps on me-its my aboslute favorite. I will miss that as you get older. You lay like a little froggy on my chest and you are just so peaceful.
We ventured out for our first outtings-our first walk, trip to target, trip to the mall. We didnt get out too much the first four weeks.
Sleeping--was about every 3 hrs during the day and every 4 at night.
Feeding--you are taking the bottle very well! We love it!
You are gaining wt well and I can tell you just grow daily. It makes us happy!
Birth wt: 7 lb 0.2 oz
Two week wt: 7 lb 9 oz
You had your first bath after your umbilical cord fell off around 2 weeks.

She loves bath time!
She should love bath time, I took a bath everyday while I was pregnant.
